Hurricane Irene Update

PLEASE NOTE:

 

OUR LOCAL METEOROLGISTS ARE REPORTING THAT HURRICANE IRENE WILL PASS US 200 MILES OFF-SHORE TO THE EAST OF THE FLORIDA COASTLINE.  WE AT COASTAL REALTY & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE FORECAST BUT IT APPEARS WE ARE GOING TO BE SPARED THE STORM.  WE MAY RECEIVE RAIN IN THE AREA OF THE BEACHES ON FRIDAY BUT THE WEEKEND FORECAST IS BEAUTIFUL & SUNNY.

Welcome To Your New Island South Website

Welcome to the Island South Condominium Association website.  This site was designed so all owners can access minutes, financials, Condo Documents and other pertinent information.  The first time you sign in you will have to use a password to access owners list, financials and minutes.  After the first time you sign in you will not need a password as the system will set it up for your computer to remember the password.  So just click on all of the items on the top and see that they are all protected before you enter the first password.   This is a communication tool that Coastal Realty & Property Management has developed at no cost to the Association.  I hope it helps all of you.
